Cellular Reset
Phase II liver support, screen-related visual fatigue, and mechanical regularity.
CELLULAR RESET
GREEN DETOX does not promise to eliminate toxins. It supports the Phase II hepatic detoxification pathways that already exist, reduces retinal oxidative stress from screen exposure, and mechanically supports intestinal regularity.
The word 'detox' in the supplement sector is almost always without a real mechanism: blends of non-standardised 'purifying' herbs built on the biologically incorrect assumption that the liver and kidneys need to be cleaned of undefined toxins, when those organs already do this work through well-described Phase I and II metabolic pathways. Meanwhile no detox product addresses the actual load of a hyperconnected digital life: chronic visual fatigue from screen exposure.
Glutathione is the principal endogenous antioxidant and the central cofactor of Phase II hepatic conjugation reactions. Setria® is a patented stabilised form which, in a 6-month RCT (Richie et al. 2015), demonstrated measurable increases in blood glutathione levels and improvement in oxidative stress markers.
Direct support for free-radical neutralisation capacity — not the vague claim of 'detoxifying the body'.
This is the only 'digital detox' formula we could build with a measurable mechanism behind every line. Setria® and artichoke work on the conjugation pathways your liver already runs. Lutein and zeaxanthin are the part almost nobody addresses: your eyes absorb the actual load of a screen-based life. Psyllium replaces the irritant laxatives usually hiding in this category.
Hepatic and antioxidant effects accrue over months in the published trials; macular pigment density changes over 8–12 weeks; the fibre effect is mechanical and immediate.
The official EFSA claim for psyllium ('contributes to normal intestinal transit') requires 10 g/day. This introductory dose gives real mechanical support but does not on its own reach the authorised claim threshold — it can be supplemented with water and dietary fibre.
Two capsules daily with water, preferably with a meal. Drink plenty of water.

BUILD A ROUTINE
Does this 'clean out' my system?+
No — and we won't say it does. Your liver and kidneys already do that. This formula supports the pathways they use and addresses screen-related eye fatigue.
Are there stimulant laxatives in it?+
No. Psyllium is a mechanical soluble fibre, deliberately chosen over irritants like senna.
